POSB Huruyadzo is a mobile application developed by POSB Bank of Zimbabwe to support secure, convenient, and community-driven savings. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the app.
We do not share your contact list or personal data with third parties. Data is transmitted securely and used only within the app for its intended purpose.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted API communication and secure storage practices.
POSB Huruyadzo may use third-party tools (e.g., analytics or crash reporting) that comply with Google Play’s User Data policy. These tools do not access your contact list or personal identifiers.
You can stop all collection of information by the application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.
POSB Bank will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us at customersupport@posb.co.zw and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The application does not target or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at customersupport@posb.co.zw so we can take appropriate action.
